Kindergarten through fifth grade
Buckner Fanning Christian School will follow a "through-the-Bible" curriculum, which has both scope and sequence, in the lower grades.
"Biblical Choices for a New Generation" is designed to help students develop a Christian worldview grounded in scripture. It features a sequential study of the Bible in each grade, each year focusing on the Old Testament in the first semester and the New Testament in the second semester. It provides age-appropriate activites and opportunities for students to practice newly learned Godly choices.
There are themes and primary scripture texts for each grade in each semester and a set of values that will be emphasized throughout the year. Read the curriculum
